"Listen, I used to love this place. I want to love it. The staff are amazing, they work hard and they are courteous. With that said, the place has just gone downhill: some of the seats are broken (tilted, don't function), the cup holders look disgusting with pieces of food/drinks stuck in them, and the food last time we went was pretty nasty too (my wife got a stomach virus from it). Hopefully management can see this and drastically change things because we will stop coming if it doesn't improve."

"It was ok. I will come back. (a) the seats could be replaced, they're not uncomfortable, but we've had better, (b) service was good, (c) everything looked clean, (d) flickering lights on the seats were annoying - I'm glad they turned off during the movie, (e) Food is way overpriced for the quality - the "pizza" is not really pizza... its like cheese and pepperoni thrown on a weird cookie crust. just gross for something that's $17."

"This theater is fine if you are a casual watcher of movies. But if it is the release of a new movie you really care about, I suggest a different one.
The whole “we deliver food to your seat” concept is great on paper but very disruptive in practice. There was still high movement in my theater 30 minutes into the actual movie, and that was after 20 minutes of previews too. And then there was still the occasional movement throughout and at the end when the servers had to deliver the checks. And while my chair was reclined, many servers kept bumping into the back as they were walking in the row behind me.
Granted I do not have kids so maybe for families the distraction is worth the convenience, but I found it really annoying.
I will say, the truffle Parmesan popcorn was very good, although it was cold and took 20 minutes to be delivered.
All in all I would only come back for a half price Tuesday deal. Otherwise I’m going to one of the many other theaters that have reclining seats, like the Universal Cinemark."
