The staff was friendly and welcoming and the facility was clean. After logging in, it was just a few minutes wait before I was given a tour of the location. Everything was explained to me on how the sauna and plunge bath work, also the recommended time and how to use each for the best experience.
I endured 30 minutes in the sauna, then enjoyed a rinse off in the vitamin C enhanced shower before getting in the freezing plunge tub.. it was only 54 degrees but it felt like I just fell off the deck of the Titanic. All good though, ten minutes and then another warm shower did the trick and I feel amazing right now. Hopefully I'll sleep like a baby tonight and wake up refreshed in the morning."

I’m currently on a weight-loss journey after having my second child, so I was really looking forward to a relaxing session. I was greeted by Melissa, who was professional but not very personable. She gave me a standard tour and then showed me to my room.
Based on the photos online, I was expecting a bright room with a white tub, but the room I was assigned had a grayish tub with a different look than the other one and the room was a smaller feel overall. The space wasn’t a huge factor but I personally preferred a brighter ambience. It would’ve been great if there was an option to select the type of room (bright vs. dark) during booking instead of being assigned one randomly.
Because I wasn’t comfortable in the room I was given, I requested a different one. That switch took about 20 minutes, which ended up being deducted from my session. So even though I paid for a 60-minute service, I only received about 40 minutes. By the time I settled in and started using the amenities, many of which were new to me, it was already time to shower and get dressed as the alarm was going off above my head. Before showering, I noticed the flooring of the shower didn’t look too clean. I didn’t feel comfortable standing bare foot in there.
I didn’t get the chance to use the powder room because I was so flustered and rushed to put on my clothes because Melissa made it clear that I had to be out of the room when the timer went off so they can have time to clean for the next customer. I left the facility damp and uncomfortable.
Before leaving, I asked if I could get a partial discount since I didn’t receive the full 60 minutes I paid for, but I was told no. Instead, I was offered a discount on my next visit, which I declined because of the current experience.
It’s disappointing because I was genuinely considering signing up for one of the package plans. I just didn’t leave feeling relaxed or refreshed; I left feeling rushed, which defeated the whole purpose of coming."
