Harold Washington Library Winter Garden No Seating
Can someone explain why the Winter Garden on the top floor of the HW Library has five tables and no benches or any other seating. It’s a beautiful room, but what’s the point if people can’t go up there and actually enjoy it. Seems fucking stupid
