What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors love Lake Baldwin Park for its dog-friendly amenities, scenic lake loop, and free access, making it a cherished local spot. While generally praised, some note it can get crowded during peak times, and parking might require a short walk during busy events.
"We love this park and bring our dogs here every weekend. We live about 40 minutes away but they love it so much and burn so much energy that it's worth it (Besides it takes about 40 min to get anywhere around Orlando) the park is huge, dogs can run full speed playing catch in the grass and still have plenty of space around them. The lakefront is a blast, even for me, seeing sheer happiness like that is like free therapy lol we usually go to the water first, let them go crazy, take a walk through the woods, repeat until they start dragging. There are a couple of pavilions too with picnic tables, so you can really spend hours here if you want to. Dogs and people are always friendly, there's a rowdy one here and there but the owner is always close by. Park and restrooms are clean and there are a lot of active people along the trail, nice sense of community here."

"My 20-week old puppy has loved coming to this park the past 2 weeks. Kept him on-leash at first since there is a small forest trail and a lake, but off-leash the second time and he just had a blast playing with the other dogs!! So far all the other dogs – big and small, old and young – have been very good and we have had no personal problems, nor have I seen any with other dogs/owners.
Great place to bring your socialized dog to have a great time!"

"Beautiful , clean dog park. Plenty of room for both big and small dogs to run free. Nice beach for them to swim. Nice path for walking, clean pavilion to sit and chat. Clean bathrooms"
