What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the stunning sunset views at Bastión de Santa Rita, calling it a picturesque and serene spot perfect for photography and relaxation. While the natural beauty and waterfront promenade are highly praised, some visitors have noted issues with restaurant availability and service during peak times, particularly around holidays.
"NY Eve first time in town. Nice evening. Waterfront, with child, 7pm and no one is serving food. So get ice cream and want to pass 45 mins to find an open restaurant. This place has 25 tables 22 empty and I ask the waitresses if we can get a drink. No! Everything reserved. For when? In 8 minutes. Walk around the corner, buy a bottle of wine and some bread for $60 US just to get a table. Come back 90 mins later 24 empty tables. I hope they have a great party later, but they turned down $ for no reason tonight. I told this girl I just wanted one drink."
