"I'd give this place a negative rating if possible. There are no tours, there is no staff to help you, you cannot do a self guided tour, not even walk past the lobby. The guard at the entrance is the least professional and non polite officer I've ever encountered at any government building. They are not used to visitors - not trained and, I recommend skipping this place at all."
