Reviews Summary

Namazgoh Mosque is appreciated for its historical significance as an outdoor prayer site and its unique architecture, particularly the restored arcades and colorful mosaics. Visitors note its open 24-hour access and the contemplative atmosphere. However, some reviews mention its dilapidated state and the need for further restoration, with traffic noise being a minor concern.

"Its name (Namazgoch) means "outdoor praying site" and the first element from the XII century was actually just a quibla-wall. The arcades and the big arch were added in the XIV and XVI century. Colourful residual decorations from the oldest building are to be seen. Interesting small site, in the state of a restored ruin. 24 hours open."

"Could have been a more beautiful mosque had it been taken care of, sadly, it's all in ruins and in a very dilapidated state today. Looking at the structure, it's easy to guess it would have attracted many in its times. Interestingly, the front entry wall is still in a good shape with blue mosaics while the inside is not worth entering, not sure if prayers are still offered here. The Mimbar seems to be outside the mosque and the Mihrab inside in a ruined state. There is grass and weed every where outside and an abandoned park just behind. Wish the authority took notice and did something about it and added this to the existing list of most beautiful monuments of Bukhara"

"Beautiful Mosque,we visited place after coming across the road, and it's was renovated.Unique structure and Beautiful Interiordesign of nimaz gah,no visitor there and place was cool and calm only disturbing sound of the traffic, place was good and working was there for renovated well, behind was closed and old Interiordesign was destroyed with passage of time.
