"A must-see - just for the opulent exterior and interior decoration. Little information on the man or the design, architectural and social aspects of rich merchant living, but definitely worth a visit. 30 000 som entry which is worth it"

"This museum is located sonewhat outside the main streets. And is about a 1 km walk away. The museum can be reached by walkibg over a couryard. The museum itself comprises only of the women s quarters. There are nice courtyards and a couple of nice rooms to visit decorated with furniture and other house hold articles from the early 1900s. There is little infirmation about l about the man who lived here once."

"We had a free day in Bukhara and decided to visit this Fayzulla Khodjaev Museum.
I have heard about him before, but I have never been here. I really liked the place and museum and after hearing some info about him I got interested.
He lived in a soviet period and was killed by soviet at 1937-1938 during hard period.
It’s a big attractive place where you can peacefully enjoy your time and see the rooms where he and his family lived.
How they dwelled and lived those days, though he was a rich man.
The rooms are very beautifully decorated and you will see many Bukhara hotels decorated their rooms in the same style, it’s impressive indeed.
The guide woman was very helpful and provided us some info about the place.
I would say this is a must visit place in Bukhara and I would recommend it to anyone."
