Reviews Summary

The Tashkent Synagogue is generally viewed as a welcoming place for the Jewish community, with many praising the kindness of Rabbi Baruh and the availability of prayer services. However, some visitors have found the atmosphere less than ideal, suggesting room for improvement in its coziness and overall ambiance.

"Very nice place for every jew to come. There is minyan for every prayer. The rabbi Baruh is a very kind and ready to help with a kosher food and some other stuff regarding your stay in Tashkent. He also speaks Hebrew so there is no language problems. The most comfortable place to reside near this synagogue is the Grand Mir hotel, that located a 3 minutes of walk from there. The hotel is not bad at all, if you're intending to stay there for Shabbat, there are regular stairs there (ask in reception where)"

Jonah Tornovsky

"Very nice and friendly people. Minyan every Shabbat. Every Jew is welcome! Thanks a lot!"

Iakov Dondych

"Beautiful temple!"
