It's a low-key gem that exceeds expectations.
"Free to enter.
Exhibits are in English, Russian and Uzbek (maybe others too, but this is what I noticed) takes about 20minutes to walk through, small but could be interesting for kids as it shows old tvs, radios etc. touches on some Uzbekistan history with telecommunications too. Worth popping by if you are in the area.
Not sure how they are running it for free"

"This is a low key attraction - they even had to turn the lights on for me. But someone came out and gave me a guided tour in English, supplemented by some recordings. Nice collection of things to see, if you like radio and TV."
