"Whilst it's Vanuatu's political centre, it looks better from a distance. Opened in 1992 the building is suffering from concrete cancer and is in dire need of some TLC everywhere.
We wandered around and were not challenged at any point - we could have walked off with some fine examples of local craftsmanship that were displayed inside the main door.
Such a shame as the regular people in the street are so welcoming and generous, it seems those in the political stream just don't care."
