"This station was closed! Go to the Parque Central station"

"Good morning, today at 6:30 am I had to wait in line for the cable car, because according to the operators it is having problems, when yesterday it was supposedly stopped for maintenance, so what maintenance if today it wakes up failing, and then they stop it, the option to get to the Parque Central station is to go down the hill because the cable car does not have a contingency plan, they leave people to their fate. My proposal is that when these failures occur and not to harm the people, several metrobuses are enabled to take us to Parque Central and vice versa but from the stations in the upper part, because the one that goes from San Agustin to Parque Central passes every half hour if the gentleman feels like working because it is only one metrobus, please solve it as CHAVEZ said, efficiency or nothing. Thank you very much in advance, waiting for a response, sincerely, YOHANIS LOPEZ metrocable user."
