"This beautiful colonial building stands imposingly in front of the Plaza Bolivar in the state of Mérida, they recently carried out remodeling work so I recommend that you visit it, as soon as you enter the premises a smell of wood and history intoxicates you strongly, in this place several activities are carried out such as a permanent drawing course, a sewing course, dance and music groups also usually use their facilities to rehearse, in the lower part they have 3 premises, two of them focused on supporting the local artisan and the other one bookstore attended by those in charge of the house, in general aspects this emblematic site and bastion of Emeritus architecture deserves to be visited."

"It deserves more attention. It has given a lot of culture to our city, and it doesn't have to end. It needs to be further promoted by government institutions."
