"Completely disorganized at the 6 pm Holy Saturday Mass. My 74-year-old mother and my 84-year-old aunt arrived before 5 pm to get seats since they can't stand for long periods. The church was closed; it opened at 6:30, and everyone pushed their way in. They were left without seats and had to sit in the plaza to listen to the Mass. It's shameful. The priest couldn't even ask the younger people to give up their seats. Last Saturday there was a play, and it was the same thing; they said it would start at 4 pm, but it didn't start until 5:30. Please be punctual and considerate of the elderly people who come to your church."
