"As 2 female Caucasian tourists, I would NOT recommend. Arriving and entry was smooth, locating the facilities was slightly confusing but there is a map to navigate. The centre looks accommodating to families and to all. No other tourist in sight. Sadly, entering the ladies change rooms was a horrendous experience, I don't ever think I'll forget. A terrible smell of human waste, a poor cleaner was pouring buckets of water and whilst waiting for the shower, I realised it was because someone had defecated in the shower as I saw it being flushed out with the bucket of water into the deep drain that would carry on through the changeroom. I felt absolutely terrible for her to deal with those conditions. I was feeling very ill at this point. We continued to the hot springs, we had many elderly Vietnamese men taking photos of us, taking photos near us, with no permission. Disgusting. Being stared at was horrible, experiencing the opposite side of racism is confronting. Deeply disappointing."

"We had an amazing family day out from Hue here with our two daughters, age 15 and 12. We hired a driver through our hotel to take us there, which cost d900k, and got a combo ticket including the hot springs, high ropes and the zipwire, which was d1,800,000, so for four of us it came to £75- amazing value for everything we did. The zipwire was everyone's highlight! Almost half a kilometre whooshing through the air like a bird above the forest canopy. I've never experienced anything like it! The girls loved the water slides and fountains, while my husband and I relaxed in the hot springs. We went for a more budget option for lunch and the food was a bit so-so, but otherwise we had a really memorable day and would recommend it to anyone."
