"Stayed here for 4 nights during the last week of April.
Room is tastefully renovated and spotless clean. Beds are comfortable and amenities are complete.
Location wise, it is just across the road from the Saigon Opera House and easily accessible from the new HCMC metro.
While the hotel does offer a late check-out option for a small fee, it is understandable that the hotel was fully booked during the Reunification Day celebrations. Would love to extend our stay here a little longer. No complaints though, we managed to watch firework shows from our room on 2 nights.

"Location and hotel quality is very good! But during the check out the behaviour of the staff was extremely erratic and cold. We stayed here for 4 nights and I am supposing that this property is mostly expensive all the year around. And one cannot behave the way they did! We are paying hell lot of money for the stay. Really bad experience because of this incident"

"This is an iconic hotel in downtown Saigon. You can walk in most places. The service is ok. I appreciate the staff who cooperated with me to solve my problem on the first day after checking in.
Breakfast is excellent (just my opinion 😋)
The gym room has a nice view and basis. But It's good enough when you are on vacation or a business trip. The hotel has a sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi on the same floor with the gym room and swimming pool."
