"Thank you for messing up everything like you always do."
Bart G
"Bureaucracy at the worst, apply for a simple return visa, took 2 weeks and finally give the visa one day after my flight. They know my flight schedule and just do that. Many documents require in addition not in the initial documents list on the france government website. TLS is the worst agency, they advise wrong documents then go back and forth. Really worst embassy in the world."
Duc Pham
"You use one of the worse visa companies in the world, i.e. TLS. I have never come across such a poorly designed website nor a contact centre who didnt bother to be helpful. I cant cancel my appointment online or book a new appointment and their response has been hugely unhelpful. France is a beautiful country but I suggest that you look to see how others outsource their visa services. I will also complain to the European commission about this."
