Beforehand, we were given a short form to fill out where we could note how much pressure we prefer and what scent we’d like used, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. That level of customization really made the experience feel personal.
The massage itself was fantastic - exactly the right balance of relaxing and restorative, with both of us leaving feeling so much lighter and less tense. The room was quiet, dimly lit, and very peaceful, which really added to the overall relaxation. Afterwards, we were given a little snack which was such a sweet touch. The coconut crackers in particular were absolutely delicious.
The highlight, though, was without a doubt the staff. Every single person we interacted with was so kind, professional, and genuinely lovely. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. When we left, it happened to be absolutely pouring rain, and they actually had a staff member walk us out with an umbrella and handed us plastic ponchos before we got into our Grab taxi. Honestly, as if they weren’t nice enough already!
This is the kind of place I would happily return to again and again, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a quality spa experience with a personal touch."

Before we started our massage, we were given a form to find out what we wanted and were offered 5 massage oils to choose from.
We walked across the street to the building for our massage. The walk up to the 4th floor private space was a bit high, but the environment was clean and tidy. A locked locker was provided for our personal belongings.
The professional technician was very skilled and asked if there was any need to increase or decrease pressure during the massage.
Drinks, snacks and desserts were provided at the end of the treatment.
