"After doing the DMZ tour we're interested to understand more about the Vietnam war history. 60k D entry fee for two museums; Ho Chi Minh and the fifth military zone museum. One can buy the tickets at the entry gate and park your car/motorbike inside. Display of weapons, aircraft, tanks and carriage in the open area you cannot overlook. Inside have very informative and thought provoking photographs and artifacts. In the middle of two museums there is a replica of Ho Chi Minh's house. We visited in the afternoon. Almost no people. Enjoyed our visit. WC available. Bring water. I didn't see any water refilling machine and it's hot inside."

"Excellent. Two buildings. I just spent 2.5+ hours at the Ho Chi Minh Museum which is two buildings. One is three stories about the fight for independence from French colonialism followed by the fight for independence from US imperialism. The other building is one story in detail on Ho Chi Minh. Very interesting. And with all this fighting for independence, the Vietnamese people are incredibly friendly to everyone."
