"Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
1. The rooms are not as shown in the pictures. We got a completely other room than booked and expected.
2. Very rude staff. Even 30mins before check out time they knocked at the door and said „check out“. The woman was very rude and not friendly as she hunted us out of the room and made unfriendly gestures with hands like we were animals.
3. The room smells moldy and the bathroom is even worse. It’s like they don’t clean the bathroom. There was trash in the bin from the last guests and bin was full. You can see mold in the bathroom and it smells so bad. It’s dangerous for your health. Additionally, the shower doesn’t work properly. There is not really warm water and no water pressure.
4. It says own bathroom in Agoda but it’s a shared one.
5. The whole house/room/bathroom was dirty and stinky.
6. No room service at all.
There is nothing good about the hotel. It’s so unhygienic you might get sick after staying there.

"The rooms shown in the picture are completely different from the reality. I had booked a king room with balcony, they gave me a normal room and said that the room with balcony does not have a washroom. Also, the room that I was given the balcony was converted into a washroom and it was dirty. No proper shower. The bedsheet and the pillow covers not changed too. Not worth the money!"

"I stayed at this hotel for two days and unfortunately I have to say that my experience was very negative. The accommodations were in precarious hygienic conditions, with dirty bathrooms and problems with the hairdryer and shower functioning. Furthermore, the toilets could not be flushed properly, leaving the situation unsanitary for the following guests. The hotel was also full of dust, which contributed to an unhealthy environment.
I also rented a motorbike from the hotel, but shortly after borrowing it, the vehicle stopped working after only two kilometers driven. When I asked for assistance at the front desk, the staff were unable to help me and the manager refused to intervene, leaving me in a difficult situation. Furthermore, the hotel refused to refund me even half of the cost of petrol for the faulty moped.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against this hotel to anyone traveling to Asia, as the lack of hygiene, effective customer service and lack of compensation for problems encountered make for an extremely negative experience."
