"The best thing about this resort is the gardens and atmosphere, which is just great. The rooms are basic but nice. The food is decent, and decently priced as well.
But there's a few things amiss. Basic things like a shower head holder missing, so you can't have a decent shower. Everything, even the beach bar, closes at 10pm sharp and there's nothing at all to do after that. Lights off. They also don't help at all in arranging transport like a motorbike, even if asked several times, they just give a phone number, which you cannot call as a foreigner. Why not arrange this and add it to the bill? The bicycles they offer are truly dangerous, every single one is broken and they should not offer this. This isolates you on the resort, and there's nothing else around, which gets boring really fast.
They also double charged us by accident, but then were quite difficult about refunding this mistake they made. If they fix these things, it's a truly 5 star place, but... There's some work to do."
