Good service, they have dedicated staff for each level and cafe's section. Honestly, I would come back just for the vibe alone and will probably try a doubleshot next time. On the downside, the prices are a bit high. The drink menu is pretty limited, and I was disappointed with the drink quality. Parking is also a pain, take note no parking in front of the cafe and you will have to walk about 100 meters, and you will need to pay for it, even for motorbikes."
