I don’t know how different it is but seems Nga Trang has its own style of spring roll.
Comes with a huge player, with lettuce, herbs, cucumber, mango, pork skewer, crunchy cracker I don’t know what it is made of, noodle vermicelli and a bunch of rice paper.
With a bowl of yellow orangish sauce which I also dunno what it is made out but taste familiar enough.
So DIY spring roll is my favourite. I like being involved the my preparation of food, haha.
And since it is DIY, I can pick my preference of ingredient choice and amount.
Sure to say it is perfect.
And the sauce is warm and taste so good with the spring roll.
