"This establishment is in need of maintenance, decking along boardwalk is broken everywhere, railings are broken, place looks like it needs to be refurbished. Mariner is empty ( only a couple of yachts) once you walk outside of the entrance gates then it really goes downhill, footpaths are broken/smashed everywhere, all the concrete railings along the footpaths leading to this place have crumbled ( just rusty Rio bar left in some places) there are dead or missing trees along path way, RUBBISH everywhere. It’s like they have given up any interest in making the entry to this once fancy place presentable. No impressed at all"
