"We bought the tickets through our hotel and thought there was a weight limit on only a small number of the rides. In fact, there was a weight limit on all rides and our experience was completely ruined because we couldn't ride any rides. We spoke to the park manager and he said we could only get a refund through our hotel because we bought the tickets through the hotel and he could only give us a small VIP tour as compensation, but this tour was very boring and we asked him if despite this tour we could still get a refund from the hotel and he said yes. Later, when we spoke to the hotel, the hotel contacted him and he denied what he said.
The ride employees were very rude and just shouted at me "kilogram! no!!!" and looked at me with a judgmental look."

"In the Rock Garden, next to the Japanese house, you turned on the speaker, which non-stop says something very loudly in Vietnamese. In the rock garden, you want silence, not continuous advertising. You have a wonderful island, keep the silence from the volume of the Vietnamese street"

"I honestly loved it. I’m from the United States and have been to many amusement parks and this may be one of my favorites. The only down fall is the river cruise with the animals, I’m not a fan of zoos because of how they treat animals and don’t give them proper habitats but it wasn’t awful here, there are no elephant rides or tiger shows which I really appreciate and the monkeys and birds get very nice sanctuary’s! The cats and the elephants may not get quite enough land but they seem to be doing alright, and while I was there one of the female white lions was pregnant so I’m glad they are trying to keep the lion population going. The water park was a blast!! I’m an adult but totally felt like a child. I didn’t bring a bathing suit and was really glad they had a shop full of bathing suits. All the water slides and arcade games were free. Lost of food to choose from, we had the most amazing dessert, it was shaved ice cream with cookies and fruit, loved it!! We went off season so it wasn’t busy at all and wasn’t very hot. Great great day!"
