Reviews Summary
Non Nuoc Beach is praised for its peaceful, long stretches of golden sand and beautiful sunrise views, offering a tranquil escape. However, some visitors note concerns about cleanliness and a lack of amenities outside of resort areas, with occasional warnings about swimming conditions due to strong waves.
"Danang’s beach is long, clean, and surprisingly quiet. Compared to more crowded beach destinations, this felt peaceful and even a little under-appreciated. We stayed near the Non Nuoc Beach area, and most mornings we had the sand almost to ourselves.
The waves were gentle, and the sunrise views were beautiful. It’s a perfect place to take a slow walk, sit under the trees, or just watch the horizon. Even the hotel beachfront felt private and spacious.
Tip: Go early in the morning for the softest light and almost no crowd. Wear sandals, and bring water if you're planning to walk far."

"The beach is quite beautiful but when we visited it was forbidden to swim. The wind was strong and waves treacherous so it's understandable.
There were no people and the area is full of unfinished hotels.
There was one lifeguard on duty but he was sleeping.
Maybe in the future it's worth going here but for now, we wasted our time driving down there looking for a less busy beach."

"Sadly another example in Southeast Asia that shows that there is a lack of environmental awareness in society. Dirt, plastic bottles everywhere, unidentifiable garbage and the water or sand has a black-grey haze. They have to ensure cleanliness and protection of nature here so that tourists will continue to come in the future. We've now been to three beaches in the region and the same thing everywhere. I wouldn't want to swim here..."

Understanding Non Nuoc Beach's Charm
Travelers often highlight the peacefulness of the beach, especially during early mornings when the sunrise paints the sky and the sand is almost deserted. This makes it an ideal spot for quiet walks, relaxation, and enjoying the natural beauty. However, some visitors have noted issues with litter and a lack of environmental awareness in certain areas, which authorities are working to address.
Despite these challenges, Non Nuoc Beach offers a unique blend of natural beauty and modern resort luxury. The presence of upscale resorts like the Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, with their own beach clubs and amenities, provides a different experience for those seeking more comfort and entertainment.
Exploring the Son Tra Peninsula
Key attractions on Son Tra include the iconic Lady Buddha statue (Chua Linh Ung), an ancient 800-year-old banyan tree, a lighthouse, and various viewpoints offering panoramic vistas. The peninsula is also home to a population of red-shanked douc langurs, adding a unique wildlife element to your exploration.
Remember to be cautious while riding, especially on winding roads, and always respect the natural environment. The views and the sense of adventure make the Son Tra Peninsula a highly rewarding excursion from Non Nuoc Beach.
Accommodation and Budgeting in Da Nang
Budget travelers can aim for around $30 per day, which can cover decent accommodation and food. However, if you're looking for the 'Miami of Vietnam' experience with upscale resorts and beach clubs, expect higher costs. Some resorts, like the Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, offer premium experiences with various amenities and dining options.
When considering accommodation, think about your priorities: proximity to the beach, access to amenities, or budget-friendliness. Non Nuoc Beach itself is lined with resorts, offering direct beach access and a more secluded feel compared to the busier My Khe Beach.
