"Went there on 17 August evening. Beautiful scenery from level 2 of the temple, and colorful lighting added to the good atmosphere there. A lot of children were present as well.
When I visited, there was a praying session at level 3, thus did not manage to head up.
Spent around 15 minutes there, no entrance fee required."

"Beautiful temple with a few floor to explore. Start by going each floor to enjoy the architecture and check the view outside with bustling motorcycles.
Recommend to go at night when the temple turn on the lights. I believe they close at 9pm and make sure you come before then or just after sun down."
