"I won’t lie the pho here is tasty. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant is a major turn-off. The space appears dirty, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable using the chili condiments or even the utensils.
There were about six staff members present during our visit, yet only two were actually serving customers. The others were standing around when they could have been cleaning or helping. The floor was littered with used tissues, and our table was still dirty from the previous customer.
You order and pay first, then carry your own steaming hot bowl of pho to the table, which felt odd given the number of staff on duty. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. It honestly made me question how this place earned Michelin stars when basic hygiene standards seem to be lacking."
