Happened to stumble across this restaurant which was quite near the hotel I was staying and it turns out to be a Michelin star pho place. The soup was flavourful and beefy but yet clean tasting, the noodles were smooth and had its own mild flavour. I would skip Pho Loi or beef muscles in general, too chewy and tough. I will recommend getting the raw cut of the other parts of the beef ie. Flank.

As we walked close to the shop, I can smell of the soup stock. If you are looking for a good quality Vietnamese Pho, this will be the one. Their Pho was the best so far in my trip. They are not a well decorated restaurant but provided a simple best quality Pho. We will go there again after my side trip to Halong Bay."
