"We just wanted to see the sea animals performances, but they said we HAD TO buy 350k tickets, which included the farm and the park. That amount of money had better be spent on providing quality food and treatment for the animals! Cuz they even charge 100k for each picture taken with the dolphins and sea lions, but we didn’t do it. After the show, we walked around hoping that there would be some kids playground or sth cuz it is called a “park”. Yet, the whole place was dirty and run down. Facilities were closed (also seemed like they hadn’t been used for so long) even tho it was the weekend we visited it. King Kong Park would look nice for pictures, but again, we don’t care about pictures. We look for experiences! Too pricey for what the place can offer. I gave 2 stars for the efforts of the animals, the staffs? Ignorant I would say. Oh forgot to mention that when we were about to buy tickets, there were 2 guys who jumped in to skip the line. The staff still sold tickets to them without even caring us and another customer were waiting. Totally disappointed. So shameful for such a popular tourist attraction as Ha Long."
