What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Ice Jungle Phu Quoc offers an immersive light show experience, particularly enjoyable for young children with its interactive elements and themed displays. While some visitors find it a bit small and projection-heavy, others praise the creative storytelling and magical evening atmosphere. Potential visitors should be aware of the strict no-refund policy and the focus on younger audiences.
"★☆☆☆☆ Avoid at all costs – Total rip-off and horrible experience
Absolutely terrible. Ice Jungle Phu Quoc is nothing like what it claims to be. The place is tiny, underwhelming, and basically just a room with light projections on the wall — nothing immersive, nothing interactive, and definitely nothing fun for kids.
To make matters worse, during our visit, the projector broke down mid-show and the entire hall went pitch dark. Our children got frightened and started crying, yet the staff refused to even turn on the lights. No apology, no assistance — just complete disregard for the guests' experience and safety.
When we walked out and asked for a refund, the staff simply said they don’t do refunds. No explanation, no accountability. Extremely poor service and attitude.
This was a complete waste of time and money. Nothing educational, entertaining, or engaging — especially for children. Save yourself the disappointment and skip this place entirely."

"I didn’t know what to expect. Saw some great review and thought will pop in and check it out. It’s basically an immersive show (multi mini shows target to kids group). But I am cool with that. As I have interest in all form of arts/presentation/illustration/venue/show display anyway. For me and kids $10US totally worth it. I do love the little experience before that. You walk through an antique room with mini film, then an ice tunnel that snow blowing around before you enter the immersive show. Now, I honestly do think if the show is about Vietnam, or make special partnership to do other high end art show such as (van gogh, Dali or Picasso) and do proper marketing. You can charge much higher price and have more audience as well. May be have special high end show only for 2 time slot a day. Or add some vr or ar experience to that to keep adult engage as well. And please please please.. have some stuff around for people to do and see while they waiting for the experience to start. It start basically every hour. And have better signage what’s going on and what this is about. I had a driver took me there, and basically timing was not right, came back and again not right and people seems to have trouble properly explain to me what’s going on. We had to change plan, then my driver has to wait extra long than what we agreed on. I felt so bad."

"I had a fantastic time visiting Ice Jungle Phú Quốc! This place is like stepping into a magical winter wonderland right in the middle of a tropical island. The light installations were stunning and very interactive — perfect for families, couples, and photo lovers.
The storytelling through holograms and 3D mapping was very creative and made the whole experience feel immersive and exciting. My favorite part was the main light show at the Casita Castle — it was truly mesmerizing.
Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt well-organized. I’d recommend visiting in the evening when the lights are brightest and the atmosphere is most magical.
If you’re looking for something unique and memorable to do in Phú Quốc, Ice Jungle is definitely worth it!"
