"It feels like nobody visits this place and it looks abandoned. Entrance is free and you have a few floors to walk around mostly featuring only pictures. Not really enjoyable to watch them in the dark and they don't turn the lights on. Half of the explosions lack any translation at all. Probably might take a look if you have no other stuff to do, but I won't recommend you to travel here on purpose."

All windows are closed, no AC, no air at all. 3rd floor has no light. So, if you care, you need to use the flashlight on your phone. Vietnamese "care" and "hospitality" at one place."
