We were pleasantly surprised and truly appreciated the beautiful traditional complimentary tray we received — thank you very much, Ms. Linh, for your quick and thoughtful action.
The room view was excellent and very romantic, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious, especially being on a private island. The ferry service every 30 minutes to and from the hotel was convenient and well-organized. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.
My only suggestions would be to slightly improve the breakfast options and consider some minor renovations or upgrades to the rooms."

Rooms are lovely, ask for a bay view room for the best views, pool is huge but cold. The indoor pool was much warmer and open all the time.
Breakfast was huge, we had lunch included and that was also good. Ate once in the pavilion restaurant. Good food but expensive, you are better off going across to the mainland for dinner. In the hotel staff were also good with a gluten allergy and gave good advice on what was and wasn't gluten free.
The boat to the mainland goes every 30mins and runs 24hours a day so getting off the island is no hassle. The staff are all super friendly and very customer focused.

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and overall left with very positive impressions.
The location is wonderful – the beach is beautiful, calm, and perfect for relaxation, with amazing landscapes all around. The atmosphere is very peaceful, which made it easy to unwind. The food was consistently good, with the Italian restaurant being a highlight – the pizza there was excellent. The staff were friendly and willing to help, even if communication in English was sometimes a bit challenging. A lovely surprise was the complimentary room upgrade, most likely because we stayed during the low season, and we also appreciated the dessert offered after the typhoon – a very kind gesture.
Of course, there are still some areas that could be improved. Service can be slow at times. At the beginning of our stay, there was a long wait for our luggage, and we even received the wrong ones first. Housekeeping could be more thorough – we noticed some small cleanliness issues, like hair in the room and a towel that was not properly replaced. A few of the electrical outlets also didn’t work properly.
Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was very positive. The peaceful surroundings, delicious food, and kind staff made our time at the hotel truly enjoyable. With some improvements in service and housekeeping, this place could easily become outstanding."
