Staff seem unprofessional, only attentive if you’re buying something. I was shocked when they refused a second glass of lime water (one per guest) and denied access to a bathroom, claiming it was employee-only. Live music was bland – just a violin with a backing track. They started cleaning the pool area while guests were still there, a couple of hours prior to arrival. The food was the only highlight, with varied, tasty options. Overall, it’s overpriced and feels cheap, with constant upcharges and weak service. I’d rather pay more upfront for a hassle-free experience. Not worth it, and definitely not a premium 5-star cruise as they present themselves."
