"We had dinner at Viet. They advised us when we arrived they accepted cash only as we were not staying at the hotel. The service was lovely and the food arrived in good time. It was all freshly made, hot and good serving sizes. My only criticism is that the food lacked flavour and my stir fried vegetarian pho had no protein. It would have been easy to add tofu or a fried egg on top. The decor was very French and chic but as we were the only ones dining by the time we left it did lack some ambience. I was tempted to go to the rooftop bar for a drink after but worried I wouldn’t have enough cash. We walked up to have a look but someone was smoking next to where we would have sat so we left."
