What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Massandra Park is generally praised for its beautiful greenery, including the iconic Palm Alley and well-kept rose gardens. Visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, the pond with its wildlife, and the unique art installations. However, some reviews mention that certain areas of the park, particularly paths and lighting, could benefit from further renovation and maintenance.
"Excellent firework display out on the bay today. Also the site of an underwater landing strip on the latest artificial reef project. Looking forward to seeing many more in the local area. Slava Ukraine."
Joshua Walsh
"The park is excellent. Very cozy, big, beautiful trees. Calm, peaceful. Suitable for walks with children. Interesting pond with live lilies and turtles. But it is immediately obvious that most of the park was improved in Soviet times. No, of course the park is looked after, the palm alley is just a miracle. But the stairs are very old, in many places they become dangerous. The benches are new - it is obvious that they were installed recently. We must continue in the same direction - improve! I advise everyone to visit."
Дарья Соколова
"Apparently the park has been abandoned, the way it looks now is horrible! They started doing repairs, but they didn't finish it and apparently it's been a long time! In some places there are building materials that have been knocked down and stolen! The plants haven't been looked after for a long time, it's very noticeable!"
