"An established and popular restaurant in Luanda for steak so we had to try. They also have a few other options on the menu. Not impressed by the overall experience. Seating only inside, prices mid-range.
The service was dismal: four waiters were more focused on which channel to watch on tv and talk very loud with each other instead of taking care of customers.
The Couvert is good: large bread basket with garlic butter (came frozen though…) and tuna pate. Also had the croquet, samosa and breadcrumb covered egg - taste okay, but not freshly prepared (middle of warm/cold).
The bife frito com natas and cogumelos was a bit over cooked, but eating tiny bites it was okay. The sauce was nicely flavored and did not drench the meat. The mushrooms were from a can, not fresh."
