The cuisine here, which includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner, is under the baton of Julieta Caruso, who spent nine years working at Mugaritz, the legendary restaurant in the Basque Country, where she reached the position of Head Chef. Continue your exploration with a stroll through Palermo’s tree-shaded parks, where ducks glide across myriad lakes and locals explore by bike or on rollerblades, or simply sit quietly in the shade of jacaranda trees.

One of the most stylish establishments in Buenos Aires, this early 20th-century mansion was given a major facelift by Mezcla hospitality group to embrace a florist, publisher, bar and restaurant. Former Mugaritz chef Julieta Caruso’s kitchen takes a plant-led approach, sourcing many herbs from Casa Cavia’s organic garden. Meanwhile sommelier Mariana Torta maintains a well-structured, 110-strong federal list that names every winemaker: big hitters include White Bones and Piedra Infinita, with a sprinkling of Champagne.

Finally, for sustenance during art week in Buenos Aires, Casa Cavia is charming restaurant with simple and exquisite cuisine located in a historic building of the 1920s. There are several small rooms, an an unusual and fun art installation in the library. But the best part is the interior courtyard with all the greenery, and in the back of the courtyard is a wonderful florist, which is one of my favorite spots to buy flowers.

A super stylish, elegant and modern restaurant close to the Malba Museum which is one of my favorite Museums in Buenos Aires. Entering the beautiful white house one feels like entering a private house with a lot of minimalism and coolness. We enjoyed a delicious lunch in a room like a library, however with also books having of the ceiling.
