What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Julia Restaurante is celebrated for its exceptionally delicious and surprising tasting menus that offer a journey of flavors and textures. Diners consistently praise the attentive and friendly service in an intimate, cozy atmosphere. While many rave about the originality and overall experience, a few note minor inconsistencies with wine pairings or specific dishes.
"Tasty and attentive
Food: amazing. The tasting set consisted of several dishes with a wide variety of tastes, textures, temperatures and ingredients. Interestingly, this is the first tasting menu ever, where I enjoyed every dish. I don't even want to spoiler it. Simply delicious journey. A lot of food.
Service: amazing. Very attentive without interfierence. Simple yet friendly chat, short food introductions, cleaned the crumbles, changes all the dirty dishes, added water on time. Food served quickly. I don't remember other places where I felt as comfortable.
Atmosphere: just right. Small space, designed pretty.
Overall I definitely recommend and will come back myself."

"Dining at Julia was a super memorable experience. Every dish was a great discovery of flavors of local Argentinian ingredients. I appreciated that they didn't stick to specific culinary techniques, but instead matched the technique to the ingredients and what the chef wanted to express. I would love to return and try a different seasonal menu and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent meal in Buenos Aires. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the interior design was minimal and pleasant."

"Julia was easily one of the top 10 restaurant meals of my life. We loved the Asian influences laced within Argentine foods and exclusively local ingredients. Every bite was a flavor bomb! I didn’t take a picture before I ate it, but the cherry dessert was something worth flying back to Buenos Aires for!!!"
