From a lineage of gastronomic entrepreneurs, Beatriz Barbera has been in charge of Francesco Ristorante since the beginning of the project in 2002. She was involved in the family restaurants, La Marchigina and Vecchia Roma, since her early ages. With only 11 years old, she was helping as a server and in the kitchen with her mother, the well-known María Teresa.
