"During our South America and Antarctica cruise, Ushuaia was one of our stops and we were eager to find some delicious empanadas. Our kids had fallen in love with empanadas in Argentina, so we were on the hunt for some here as well. After asking many people, we finally stumbled upon this quaint place called Doña Lupita just as the kids were starving.
The restaurant was quite bare and simply decorated, but that did not take away from the charm of the experience. We ordered beer for my husband and cold drinks for myself, and everything was just what we needed after a long day of exploring.
The empanadas were fresh and absolutely delicious. You could tell they were made with care and quality ingredients. The kids were thrilled and ate them up quickly, making this spot a definite highlight of our time in Ushuaia.
Doña Lupita is a wonderful place to stop if you are looking for authentic and tasty empanadas in this port. We were so glad we found it and would recommend it to anyone visiting Ushuaia, especially families with hungry little ones like us."
