While the menu may seem to indicate that you need to order each dish in portions of 2 pax (minimum), that is not the case and you can just tell the waiter if you want a single portion"

"Came here in 2024 and had to come back on a return visit to Ushuaia for how good it was. Discos are some of the most flavorful dishes we enjoyed in Argentina both times, with the mustard and pepper sauces for a steak a delight.
Very big discos can feed 2-3 people, and the meat is well cooked. Excellent comfort food."
