Here’s how I’d spend 3 days in Ushuaia on a budget, the most southern point on Earth before reaching Antarctica 🇦🇶 🇦🇷 We LOVED our time in Ushuaia - after spending such a long time in hot, tropical climates, it was a breath of fresh air (quite literally) to experience much cooler temperatures and even snow! Even if you’re not planning to cruise over to Antarctica, I would 100% recommend visiting...

Some reviews note that while prices are generally good value, they can still be a bit high for budget travelers.

"This is a great little diner. The food quality is excellent. I had a burger, which was really tasty. It was a good place to stop for food while in town and was also good value for money especially considering its on the main tourist road.
Would certainly recommend here if you want a quick bite to eat."

Andy Smith

"Really authentic nice food. It is a down to earth restaurant with high quality food. Especially the home made chicken wings were the best I ever tried.
Elias was extremly friendly and customer oriented. Thanks to the entire team to make this visit a great experience.

Dining in Ushuaia

Lomitos Martinica is nothing to look at, garish yellow and red sign above a non descript building, no décor, 12 stools at a white Formica counter directly in front of the grill and four tables in a side hall. One highly respected guide book called it a dive, yet gave it high praise, and so will I. But when I use the word dive I think of a greasy-spoon with uninterested staff and boring food badly prepared.
