Diners rave about Madame Hanoi's authentic Asian delicacies and stylish French-Vietnamese fusion cuisine, with many highlighting the amazing food and friendly service. While some find the ambiance wonderful, a few reviews noted minor issues like sticky seats or disappointment with specific dishes' spice levels or preparation. Overall, it's a highly recommended spot for a memorable dining experience.
"We loved it! It's inviting, the atmosphere is wonderful, the staff are....amazing. the deliciously prepared fare was excellent. It's a great little place, nestled in the historic Adelaide Railway Station."

"We really loved our experience here. Chicken wings were delicious as were the fish bao buns. Dry fresh tasty mango salad. The prawns for main were a bit disappointing. The menu stated a level 3 in spice but that’s not what we got. A bit of a bland sauce to be honest. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely vibe to the restaurant. We will definitely be back to try some other things on the menu."

"the dinner at Madame Hanoi was very enjoyable. Food was great. Service was amazing. My husband has an allergy and they were very attentive about it.
We pre-booked so there was no wait, although it was not busy the night we were there. The only thing we were slightly disappointed of was the seats were dirty (someone had lost their drinks over it) - it was sticky. They did clean it up but for the place, this probably shouldn't have happened. Apart from that, we had a great evening."
