"La Botanic Staff are so amazing and welcoming!
The coffee here is so amazing and being a coffee lover it’s so refreshing to know where to go for good coffee. Not only that everytime myself or team member go in we are greeted with great smiles from staff which really puts a good start to the day.
We look forward to seeing what amazing floral they have in their display each time we go.
If I could give 1000 stars I would. Thank you so much to all the team for not just being a coffee place but being somewhere we can go have a chat and be well looked after. Xx"

"I was really excited to come here as I love indoor plants and flower arrangements, but as I looked around, while I waited for my coffee, I was disappointed to notice that they had stopped putting much attention into their indoor plants. There weren't as many as there once was, compared to the photos shown on google, and the ones that were there were in poor condition. I was sad to see one had been infected by mealy bugs.
Please put more effort into the indoor plant side of your business. It was a big draw for me, and I was left feeling a bit disappointed.

"Absolutely best coffee in Albany. The cafe is such a little vibe with all the beautiful indoor plants (for sale as well!) all the cool pots along with bits and pieces, all the tasty treats as well! Highly recommend popping in for a look and try the coffee! It’s seriously the best!"
