"Hoped that a new name would bring a more positive experience… I was wrong. To start, No signage indicating it’s not table service. 35 minute wait for drinks, staff are rude. Music is so loud that staff struggle to even take your order. After drinks delivered, waited another 10 minutes to receive the final drink (had to ask the wait staff for it) he returned and said it wasn’t on Their system, our receipt proved otherwise. Drink came half full… a bit like their customer service and capacity. Eggs on toast came with a side of hair, no hair nets to be seen in the kitchen. There is a reason places like thick as thieves is absolutely packed on Mother’s Day… don’t waste your time on this place. I would expect that any cafe in this location could absolutely location to do amazing things,
But with this service and experience… not this one."
