Two locations in Central Cairns (we went to 77 Esplanade, Cairns City QLD 4870, Australia). Grill'd is a chain burger joint specialising in healthier fast food. We headed there for dinner after a long day of snorkelling to get our fill of something a little indulgent, and Grill'd absolutely delivered.
