"Went there for Christmas Lunch. Spectacular view of Cairns Harbour. A beautiful bar and decorative wall art. We got platters of hot and cold food. The food was over all good and we had plenty of food leftover we took some home. The downside was probably the fact I’m not a massive fan of pork belly and calamari and I only got two big prawns for the entree which I love. The plus was the salads. Two of my favourite Caesar and Greek were delicious. An assortment of dips, tasty garlic bread and a mini pavlova and pudding and custard. Apart from the restricted Christmas menu, there was plenty to eat and the views were great. Above all the manager and staff were fantastic and I empathised with how busy they were. I’d go back for sure."

The staff were very friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. They offer a $25 lunch special that even includes a drink. I chose the fish and chips from the lunch special menu, and it was cooked to perfection with amazing flavors. My friend went ordered prawn linguine and entre grilled chicken satay, both of which she thoroughly enjoyed."

"The Oak & Vine restaurant opened to incredible views of the ocean and hills. Staff were friendly and approachable, and seated us to our table.
The table itself, like most of the furniture in the restaurant however, was old, uneven and wonky, and moved left and right throughout the service, which was really annoying trying not to spill drinks. I recommend the furniture gets a revamp as this let the overall atmosphere down, though such a stunning view.
Food was good, nothing incredible about it. Looked good and on the slightly pricey end but overall quite fair. Tacos had great pork belly but lacked sauce content and tasted dry. Menu is quite boring and didn’t consist of anything great to choose from on the Mains options. No chicken options on the mains menu.
Overall, a stunning view, average food and decent service. I recommend this for a catch up with friends or even a date. Lot that can be worked on however, beginning with the furniture (this has been mentioned in other reviews). Thanks."
