Reviews Summary

Wombat Hill House is celebrated for its serene location within the botanic gardens, delightful food, and cozy atmosphere. Many patrons praise the friendly service and pet-friendly courtyard, making it a favorite spot. However, some reviews mention a lack of dietary flexibility and inconsistent service experiences.

"Loved our breakfast here. Friendly service. Beautiful cafe where their outdoor area is undercover and you can take your pet with you. There are also blankets if you get too cold. We got an almond croissant as a takeaway and discovered that it was really good when we got home. We should've bought more! We would recommend visiting this place if you're in Daylesford."

Wandy Adventures

"To say I was completely transported to a magical and peaceful world would be an understatement. The atmosphere was incredible and the food was just as wonderful. Costa greeted us at the counter and was a pleasure to talk to. The baked goods were the tastiest I have ever had. I would recommend a visit to the Wombat Hill House to anyone. After your meal, the botanical gardens are a wonderful place to walk as well."

Lisa Matson

"Such a gorgeous little cafe! Went with my girlfriends for a day trip from Melbourne and this did not disappoint. Music and vibe was so wholesome and relaxing and staff were so lovely. The food came so quickly too and was delicious! Would highly recommend."
