A cheery antidote to genteel fine dining, Margaret River Brewhouse is set among bushland and eucalyptus groves is a popular no-nonsense joint which often has live music. An accomplished array of lagers, ales and stouts is bolstered with a range of pub grub that segues from pizza and burgers to tempura, curries and modern Australian food. From lemon risotto to beef cheek, sticky pork to beer battered mackerel, this is solid keenly-priced fare and the sort of place where you might want to give your taste buds a night in rather than a day off.

A beer lover might prefer lunch at Margaret River Brewhouse where menu favourites like the squid salad or lamb shoulder perfectly pair with the kale, avocado and mint salad and wash down well with a pint of craft brew. Wild Hop offers gift vouchers online too and along with tasting paddles and great beers, they serve up excellent grub. The menu changes regularly but a notable mention is the wood-fired rotisserie chicken (must be ordered 48 hours in advance); paired with sides such as duck fat potatoes, fried pickles and truffle cauliflower you have all the elements of a memorable and belly-bursting meal.

The Brewhouse, officially renamed to Margaret River Beer Co, is a local favourite for three good reasons: it’s close to town, it has a great vibe, and the beer and food are always good. The crisp and gooey-filled cheeseburger roti is a hundred times better than its fast-food chain namesake and the Vietnamese inspired squid salad draws diners back time and again, some reportedly driving hours just to have it. Playground for the kids tucked a little back from the main dining and it’s dog friendly.

In a region not short of breweries and brewpubs, you really have to be on your game to stand out. Brewhouse, as you’ll hear it called down south, is now the outpost for the extended Margaret River Beer Co. brand, but it’s perhaps been a slow burn since opening in 2016. The bones of something great have always been there, with its edge-of-town yet walkable location, laidback vibe, tiered beer garden, order-on-repeat chicken wings and generally beer-savvy menu.

For craft beer enthusiasts, the Margaret River Brewhouse is a must-visit destination at the end of the day. Set amidst the scenic backdrop of towering trees and lush greenery, the Brewhouse offers a relaxed and welcoming environment where you can sample a wide range of locally brewed beers. In fact, I highly recommend ordering a beer flight, which will give you a great opportunity to taste the beers on offer.

The Margaret River Brewhouse is a fun venue and a leisurely stroll from the town of Margaret River. Positioned just on the edge of town and the Woodjitup National Park this is a perfect lunch or dinner spot if you’re staying in the region.

Close to town, Brewhouse is a laidback brewery with live music, a beautiful outdoor seating area and a toasty fireplace for when it gets chilly. The 1940s cottage has been transformed and the open kitchen serves up good local produce, including a mean lamb shoulder and some moreish pizzas. The beer list covers all the lager and pilsner lovers, but the hop-heavy brews are what shine.

The Margaret River Brewhouse, nestled among towering Karris, is a go-to spot for locals and tourists seeking great beer, tasty food, and a laid-back atmosphere. Known for its fresh, unique brews, it’s the perfect place to grab a bite and enjoy the day. Another popular Margaret River watering hole, Brewhouse describes itself as “the town’s brewery”. It’s on the north bank of the Margaret River, amongst the karri trees and in the backyard of an old settler’s shack. With its ever-changing menu, regular music and events, and its range of lagers, pilsners, ales and stouts, Brewhouse has something to satisfy everybody.

Hit up Margaret River Brewhouse on the edge of the township. Go for the laid-back Marg’s vibe, award-winning ales and a nod to an Aussie Sunday session. The Beer Farm, smack in the middle of farmland, was once an old dairy and its rural heritage is still at the heart of the tin buildings and the cow-grazing view.

Brewhouse, also on the edge of Margaret River town, is a microbrewery founded by three couples. It's a welcoming space with a deck, lawn and playground, built beside an original 1940s settler's cottage. There are pizzas and burgers, but you can also get wood-fired pumpkin salad with tahini and puffed grains.

The Brewhouse makes a fine conclusion to a western Australian beer adventure. There's also excellent food here. Partner the Wagyu beef burger or the Thai-style duck curry with the bold Red Tail IPA, named after the red-tailed tropicbirds that soar and dart above Sugarloaf Rock from September to May.

Located on the edge of Margaret River town with the majestic background of the Karri forest, The Brewhouse pours specialist brewed beers and services casual food and pizzas. Great atmosphere full of locals and visitors, children playing on the grass and relaxed outdoor vibe.

Founded and run by 3 local families Brewhouse Margaret River is a super friendly, bright and breezy space to kick back and enjoy the best of the South West. On the north bank of the Margaret River amongst the Karri forest and in the backyard of an old settlers shack.

Last stop was Brewhouse where we could choose (at our own cost) from a great variety of locally brewed beers. Our companions on the tour were friendly and lively, which really enhanced our experience. At the end of a great day, Tony dropped us at our door.

Steve and Pete are the Fagan Brothers, they create an awesome atmosphere with a comprehensive array of covers from the 70s till now, and of course they harmonise like only brothers can. Doors open from 7pm, at The River, and it’s free entry.

We'd heard the rumours about this place opening and we were a little excited. When it finally did we'd found our second home!. Brewhouse brew all their own beers on site and their collection has grown into something very diverse and tasty.

You can’t go to Margaret River and ignore the wineries; it’s pretty much the point of the place. The region produces more than 25% of Australia’s premium wine, so you know that you are in for some good wine tasting opportunities here.

Fresh food, friendly service and cold locally made beers; Brewhouse is a hard one to miss!. We recommend checking out our family favourite squid salad on their menu. Make sure you head to their website to book yourself a table.

One of our favourites in the South West, The Beer Farm is an old working farm. Beautifully set out on acreage enjoy live music over a bevy and a bite to eat. Don’t forget to check if the waterslide is in action over summer.

Highly recommend the 8-beer paddle as the range is so varied. The sardines are a must-try. We aren't gluten free but there are plenty of gf options on the menu.

For us, Rotary Park was one of the easiest things to do in Margaret River. It was free, quick to get to, and a really enjoyable place for a short walk around.

Brewhouse is a notable new addition on the dining scene, and I’m excited about the imminent Amelia Park Restaurant opening mid 2017.
